Scottsdale Ranch
Scottsdale Ranch boasts nearly 40 different subdivisions and 4,000 beautiful, upscale homes and home sites ranging from single-family homes, intimate patio homes, spacious townhomes, and luxurious tennis villas, all encompassed in 1,119 acres of prime Scottsdale real estate.
What makes this luxurious community even better is a 42-acre lake that was jointly developed by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, the City of Scottsdale, Maricopa County, and Scottsdale Ranch. As part of the Indian Bend Green Belt System, water for the aptly named "Lake Serena" serves as control for run-off water from the nearby McDowell Mountains.

Scottsdale Ranch Amenities
Featuring over 60 acres, the cornerstone of this sprawling community is Scottsdale Ranch Park, a general public-use area that the developer donated to the City of Scottsdale. Multiple outdoor amenities include fishing, boating, biking, jogging paths, a lighted squash court, four lighted racquetball courts, a lighted full size basketball court and two lighted half sized basketball sport courts. In addition, there are six reservable picnic ramadas, six lighted sand volleyball courts, two lighted baseball fields and a tennis center with eighteen lighted tennis courts. Enjoying a more tranquil alfresco setting, this lovely park also is home to the Desert Garden and its three passive interpretive zones: a saguaro sanctuary, a butterfly garden, and a hummingbird nest.
A highly acclaimed public facility inside Scottsdale Ranch is the Via Linda Senior Center which offers numerous activities such as fitness classes, computer classes and art classes. Regular health screenings are also offered and movie nights, book groups and local excursions often fill the Center's busy schedule.
Just minutes away is The Mercado, a favorite place for residents to shop, dine and more, thanks to its specialty stores, restaurants, grocery stores, drug stores and professional offices.
The Virginia G.Piper Branch of the Boys and Girls Club is also within the community and utilized by the majority of school aged children year 'round.
