Troon Village

Troon Village is one of the most sought after areas of North Scottsdale and has an ambience all its own. The boulder outcroppings are some of the most spectacular in the valley. Within this 1,400-acre community are twelve distinctive subdivisions that surround Troon Mountain. Mostly comprised of custom homes, semi-custom homes, with some patio and executive townhomes around the Troon Golf and Country Club, there are approximately 1,300 homes sites that make up this community and include gated, guard-gated, and non-gated subdivisions. Tourists will find the village's condo rentals spectacular as they have their own special community. These rentals are a combination of the old-fashioned existence of past eras and the new recreational prospects that would be appealing to all tourists.

At a slightly higher elevation (2,400-2,800 feet) than the rest of the Valley, this location allows for cooler temperatures and spectacular views. Spectacular surrounding views include the Sonoran Desert, Troon Mountain, Pinnacle Peak and the McDowell Mountains.

Mountain trails wind around the famous boulder outcroppings, however, nature here is protected (Troon Village shares a border with a mountain preserve), meaning your views will remain forever unspoiled. Even though Troon is located near many desired parts of Scottsdale, it still carries a very rustic feel.

The Village is comprised of 12 sub associations including: Artesano, Ballantrae Ridge, Desert Views/Four Peaks, Glenn Moor, Quail Ridge, Skye Top, Troon East/Saddleback, Troon Fairways, Troon Mountain Community Association (TMCA), Tusayan, Whispering Ridge, and Windy Walk Estates. These sub associations look after items that affect the individual communities such as maintenance of common areas, repair of roads, access gates, etc.
