Hidden Hills
Hidden Hills offers close proximity to the McDowell Sonora Preserve and some of Scottsdale's best equestrian, hiking and biking trails. This North-East Scottsdale community is ideal for residents who enjoy outdoor activities by day and exploring the constellations by night. Hidden Hills is a "dark sky," master planned community in North East Scottsdale.
The remote hillside home sites afford residents the opportunity to view the stars and the beautiful night sky without the distraction of neighboring lights. From some of the vistas, residents have stunning views of Camelback Mountain and the city lights off in the distance – perfect for watching the sunset! Most of the semi-custom homes in Hidden Hills were built by Golden Heritage between 2000 and 2005, although there are custom homes for sale that are newer plus opportunities for new construction.
Homes range in size from approximately 2,000 square feet to over 6000 square feet. Vacant custom home sites range in size from approximately 2/3 acre to 1+ acres. The homes in Hidden Hills currently range in price from the mid $500k's to over $3 million. There are semi-custom and custom built homes available. The Phoenix builder offered twelve unique floor plans in an effort to offer the ideal home for just about any buyer. Some of the floor plans have courtyards and even casitas.

Hidden Hills Amenitites
At the base of the foothills of the McDowell Sonoran Preserve, Hidden Hills is conveniently close to all the attractions and amenities of Scottsdale. The City of Scottsdale has built two trailhead parking lots along Via Linda at approximately 144th Street, called the Sunrise Trailheads. They allow access to the hiking and equestrian trails through the Preserve that surrounds the community. The Preserve has been set up to maintain the environmental character of the land, protect the scenic views, and preserve the habitat for wildlife, while providing appropriate public access.
